For many years I worked and trained in a life-coaching role, helping people to start again after anxiety, depression, anger and addiction.
I remember an older client in the twilight of their years. They had lost family members in a fire, their partner had died unexpectedly, and now they were alone — exhausted by the life they had already lived. They wanted to begin again and could not see a way forward. I wanted to help them where it counts: in the mind, where thoughts, hopes and ambitions are made.
My practice is the outcome of that resolution. I work with people who want to look forward, and I use clinical hypnotherapy to do it.
